Yaxin U.S. is owned by Jessica Yang and the China factory is co-owned by Jessica Yang and her father (Yang, Changfu). Jessica is highly involved in her company and actively participated in our recent expansion with Yaxin Digital. Jessica and her husband, David have two sons, Leo and Frank and their family lives in Irvine, CA. Jessica is bilingual and speaks both English and Chinese. Jessica has a background in finance and earned her MBA in Business Management through UC Riverside in 2005. She effectively bridges the gap between China and America through her unique ability to understand both cultures. Jessica is the golden key to providing pristine quality packaging with China pricing directly in the U.S. and across the globe.
National Sales Manager
Jenny has been in printing and packaging for over 25 years, with 16 years focused on flexible packaging. She worked as a Regional Sales Manager for a Korean based company growing the shrink sleeve business in the U.S. Jenny also started her own company, Bella Business sourcing packaging in China for several clients. In 2009, Jenny started working along side Jessica Yang, the owner of Yaxin U.S.A. and became the National Sales Manager in 2011. Her knowledge of customer service and experience with sales in North America has helped Yaxin U.S.A. grow their business from $2,000 to $30,000,000.
Mike is a seasoned leader and strategist who thrives on helping people. With experience in flexible and rigid packaging, he specializes in shaking the complacency out of mature organizations, as well as bringing new companies to market. Mike has a knack for helping his clientele realize untapped revenue. He takes the time to learn about goals and challenges, to align the best strategy for long-term success. As his packaging career began in the compostable market, Mike always approaches his work from the perspective of sustainability.
John has been in packaging sales for over 30 years and has sold both rigid and flexible packaging and equipment. He has spent the last 10 years in flexible packaging and his most recent position was Director of Sales. He brings the experience of solution selling that is valuable to customers that are looking for results in their operations.
Client Services Manager
From a background in hospitality, Michael brings over 18 years of experience in customer service and has a passion for building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Taking time to understand our customer’s unique needs, Michael works closely with all departments to develop customized solutions and deliver exceptional service and support, putting the Custom in “Customer Service.”
Wayne has been in the Printing Industry for nearly forty years. Investing much of that time in Senior Management roles for West Coast packaging companies. Producing premium packages for many prestige international brands including Disney, L’Oréal, Este Lauder, and Ghirardelli Chocolates. Wayne continues that role today by providing U.S. color standards, techniques, and consultation to ensure a strong on-shelf presence for our clients.
Geoff has more than a decade of experience in a wide range of roles within the packaging industry. Having worked in engineering, procurement, innovation, sustainability and most recently as an entrepreneur, Geoff is equipped with a unique skill set to solve for the most complex packaging challenges. He loves and is passionate about partnering with customers to help bring their products to life with great packaging.
